Shipping Carrier
New Zealand - All standard shipping items will be shipped using NZ Post or Go Sweet Spot. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. All purchases will be at a charge to the customer unless otherwise stated.
Charges New Zealand
Orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping rates will depend on size and weight of items and will range from $10-20 dollars depending on location being urban or rural.
Shipping Timeframes New Zealand
All items (excluding pre-orders) will be dispatched within 5-7 business days of ordering. *T's & C's Apply.
Rural Deliveries will take 1-2 days extra.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We will accept returns on damaged items due to shipping but cannot accept due to change of mind.
Returns Process
Before posting your return please contact us at admin@cilmachinery.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please contact us for return address.
Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted.
Additional shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We will contact you to arrange the redelivery of your exchange.
Once the item has been received by our team you will either be contacted to arrange the redelivery of your exchange or issued a store credit on the original cost of the goods (excluding shipping charges). If there are signs that the item has been used or damaged after unboxing we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Please note if a store credit is redeemed at a later date an additional freight fee will be charged, even if the credit is used towards goods over the value of $99. Free freight can only be applied once at the time of the initial transaction.
Faulty Items
We take special care to check all items are free from any faults before being sent to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we ask that you contact us at admin@cilmachinery.com, outlining the issue and attaching any relevant images. Returns of faulty goods must occur within 10 business days of receiving your parcel. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear, or mishandling, will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a direct exchange on faulty goods.
